What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. We also accept payment by Bank account transfer. If you decide to use this payment method, you’ll recieve ad e-mail with our back account details once you processed the order.  In case of purchase of a watch over CHF 10'000.- value, we also offer possibility to pay cash on delivery. Please note that for this payment method we strictly adhere to the current money laundering law. Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.chronocorner.ch/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@chronocorner.ch just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@chronocorner.ch, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

When will my order arrive?

We guarantee shipping in 24-48h. If our customer orders from Switzerland, the package is likely to arrive within 2-4 business days. 

For worldwide orders, we calculate an estimated shipping time up to 10 business days depending on the country.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check this detailed breakdown (add link) before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. For orders within Switzerland our shipping partner is SwissPost until CHF 5'000.- value (insured PostPac Priority, CHF 18.-). For orders over 5'000.- value or outside Switzerland shipping is provided by UPS or FedEx. For all our orders, fully insured value shipping is mandatory. Depending on the value of the shipped watch you will pay a different amout calculated according to the value and shipping country. Please see specific details for your order once you are on the checkout page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final and conclusive. Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the product ONLY if the watch is not as described and pictured, in which case CHRONOCORNER will reimburse the full purchase price. A refund authorization by email is mandatory before shipping the watch back to CHRONOCORNER. For more details please check our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
